The toolbar helps to perform common actions for apps and elements on your slides. It is also useful when ensuring items are aligned correctly. You can drag the Toolbar anywhere on the editor by clicking the dotted bar at the top of the Toolbar.
The Mango Editor toolbar can be toggled on or off by clicking the Toolbar option in the Top Menu.
The toolbar can help to perform various items to help position, style, copy, delete, arrange and more.
Undo / Redo
The first two buttons on the Toolbar are the Undo/Redo buttons. These are helpful for undoing changes or re-applying changes to items on your slide.
Stretch to Fill
The Stretch to Fill button expands the selected element to the full size of the slide/canvas. This can be useful for background images, animated backgrounds, videos, or any element that you would like to fill the entire slide.
Delete / Copy / Paste
The Delete, Copy and Paste buttons can help you remove, copy and paste elements to your slide. To perform an action on the element, simply select the element by clicking on it with your mouse, then choose the deleted or copy button on the toolbar. To paste a copied element you can click the copy button to create a copy then paste. The copied item should appear next to the currently selected item once you click paste.
Copy Style / Paste Style
The Copy Style and Paste Style buttons are useful for copying the styles of a selected element to another element of the same type. For example you can copy the style of a text block or menu or even of a RSS or Social media feed and copy it to another element on the slide, or even to an element on another slide opened in another tab. To copy the style, select the item in the Slide Editor then click Copy Style. Then select the item that you would like to copy the slide to in the Slide Editor on the current slide or in another slide in another tab and click the Paste Style button. The style should be copied over to the selected element.
Bring to Font / Send to Back
The Bring to Front / Bring Forward / Send Backward / Send to Back buttons can be found in the second section of the Toolbar. These are helpful in adjusting the layers within your slide. Each item on the slide is its own layer and these buttons help move the elements layer up(forward) or down(backward) on the slide. To see a list of all of the elements/layers, you can click on the Layers button at the top of the Slide Editor.
Align Buttons
The next section of buttons in the Toolbar are the Align buttons. The align buttons can help position the selected element in a position on the slide relative to the slide dimensions. For example the Align to left edge button positions the selected elements left side at the left edge of the slide. The Align to right edge button aligns the right side of the selected element to the right edge of the slide. The Align to horizontal center button will position the center of the selected item in the horizontal center of the slide from where it is currently positioned when you select the option. Align to center slide will position the selected element in the vertical and horizontal center of the slide. Use the top/bottom align buttons to align the selected item relative to the top/bottom of the slide.
Group Align Buttons
The group align buttons will appear in the Toolbar when you have multiple items selected. To select multiple items you can hold the shift key on your keyboard and click on each item. Once the item is clicked it will show as selected and you will see the group align buttons appear within the toolbar. The group align buttons help to align the selected elements. You can left align, center align, right align, distribute horizontally, or perform similar actions for vertically aligning the elements.
Size
You can view and adjust the size of the selected elements by use the Width and Height options in the toolbar.
Position
The position of the selected element within the slide editor can be accessed at the bottom of the toolbar. This can be useful to see exactly where an item is positioned vertically and horizontally on the slide for perfect alignment, as well as to make small adjustments to the position of an element to ensure that everything is aligned.
