The Canva Connect app allows you to link your Canva accounts to access your Canva designs within mangosigns.com. You can access the Canva Connect app within the MangoSigns platform using the Content Wizard, or directly in the MangoSigns Slide Editor.

To create content for your signs through Canva, you can choose the middle option under the Content Wizard.

Then you can choose the orientation for the content you would like to create. Select Landscape for signs that are horizontally oriented, and Portrait for signs vertically oriented. Then you can choose Design on Canva at the bottom of the screen.

Once you click Design on Canva, you will see the Canva Connect page, allowing you to link your Canva account to access your Canva designs and import them as slides to MangoSigns. Once you link your account, you can see your designs listed for that account and import them as slides into MangoSigns.

When you get to the Canva Connect page, you can click Connect Account and you will be prompted to allow mangosigns.com to access your Canva account. Click allow.

Once you have clicked Allow your Canva account should be linked to MangoSigns and you should then see a list of your Canva Designs.

To import your Canva designs as as slides, you can click on the design and then click Save to Slides. Then the design will be imported as a slide into your My Slides folder and then can be scheduled out to your signs. Please note that only the first page of your design will be imported as a slide. This is the same functionality that the existing Canva button integration allowed for.

You can also use Canva to create and edit content right through the MangoSign Editor. This can be useful if you would like to use Canva to import content for a portion of your slide and not the entire slide.

To use Canva Connect in the MangoSigns slide editor, you can edit an existing slide or a template. and in the Apps section on the left-hand side, scroll down to the Canva Connect app.

When you click the Canva Connect icon under the apps on the left-hand side of the editor, you will be given the option to log into your Canva account if one is not already linked.

Click the Connect an Account button and you will prompted to Allow MangoSigns to access your Canva account to be able to list and import your Canva design into MangoSigns.

Once you click Allow, you will then see your linked account listed under Connect an Account.

If you click click on your linked Canva account, you should then see a list of designs for your Canva user.

To import your design into the slide, you can then click on the design and click the check icon to import the design into your slide. You can click the plus icon to preview the design in Canva if you would like first.

Once you click on the check icon, the design should be imported to your slide as an image.
